You've been saving faithfully and feel it's the right time to make a withdrawal from your savings pot. The process is very easy:
Open your Fingo app, then scroll down the home screen
Under ‘Savings Goal,’ click on the specific pot that you wish to withdraw from (Remember, you can have different pots for different goals)
Click on ‘Withdraw’ then enter the amount
At the bottom, click on ‘withdraw’ to complete the withdrawal process
Please note that this does not apply to the locked savings. For the locked savings, you need to transact on the App to unlock the amount.
