Open the Fingo App, then click on send money on the home screen

Enter the receiver’s Fingo tag or choose from ‘Fingo Friends’ as displayed on your screen.

If the recipient is your Fingo friend, click on their tag which will lead you to the money chat where you can then insert the amount to send, And

If the recipient is not your ‘Fingo Friend’ then click on the name from the contacts list and follow the steps to send to them via Mpesa
