Resolving this will depend on the error you have:

  1. If you're not receiving the OTP and you had already signed up, please get in touch with us through the Help chat or email [email protected]. Be prepared to answer some personal information to help us verify that you are the rightful owner

  2. If you have forgotten your PIN, please click 'Forgot Pin' and follow the steps to reset it

Should it be any other reason other than the above then please chat us through the 'Help Chat' and one of us will gladly assist you.
