Verification in review

If you receive a notification saying your verification is in review, there is no need to worry. This can be caused by several reasons and means our team will need to review your verification documents manually. This may cause verification to take longer than 5 minutes but is normally resolved within 24 hours.

Verification is taking long

Your verification might be delayed due to the unavailability of IPRS (Kenya Government Database) which we use to confirm your details. We will inform you if the IPRS database is down and keep retrying your verification until it comes back. This normally doesn't take longer than 24 hours.
