OTP Issue

Please follow the steps below if you have not received an SMS OTP despite numerous attempts:

  • Dial *456#

  • Select 'stop' i.e. option 9

  • Select 'marketing messages' option 5

  • Select 'Activate by sender name' option 4

  • In the space that appears, type the word 'FINGOAFRICA'

Once this is done, retry the process and you should receive the OTP.

If you are not receiving Email OTP, please first clarify that the Email is correct. If it is correct, then check your spam folder.
