For New Users

If you are unable to deposit into your Fingo Account, your account is likely still inactive. This occurs when the account is not fully created hence there's no account to deposit into. Should you be experiencing this, please get in touch with us via chat, share your mobile number and our team will activate your account. They will advise on the timeline within which your account will be active. So sorry for the inconvenience caused.

For Existing Users

Should you encounter errors while trying to deposit into your Fingo account (that you have transacted on before), please give it a few minutes and try again. We encounter intermittent delays sometimes. Should it still not work after approx. 5-10 minutes then please get in touch with us and we will check on what the issue might be in order to expedite resolution.
